Where a dispute arises, the parties involved shall make all reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If efforts to amicably resolve any dispute or claim between the parties are unsuccessful, then such dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms or any Program-specific terms shared with you, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1956, as amended ("Act") before a sole arbitrator to be appointed by JALA Academy. The proceedings shall be conducted in English and the seat for arbitration shall be Hyderabad.
These Terms of Use may be updated and amended from time to time. We reserve -the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, and any amended Terms of Use are effective upon posting to the Website. We will make efforts to communicate any changes to these Terms of Use we deem material, in our sole discretion, via email or notifications on the Website.
